Biaxially oriented polystyrene sheet (BOPS)

Thickness range 100÷800 mic.

Application: blister packaging, clam shells, trays, box inserts, bakery, salads and other thermoforming containers.

BOPS is a sheet made by the flat die extrusion, having a tree-layer structure – A/B/A. Superb mechanical and optical properties of the sheet are the result of the biaxial orientation of high-molecular polystyrene.

The BOPS rigid film has no taste or odder, having a range of significant advantages, namely, outstanding thermoforming processability, high consumer properties of the final packaging product.
